Aline Parchman Swafford Obituary
Our beloved mother and grandmother passed peacefully February 7, 2025, at the age of 93, in Sulphur Springs, TX.
Born Aline Parchman, June 8, 1931 to Alvin and Beulah Parchman in Mount Vernon, Texas. She graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1947 and worked in Dallas as a legal secretary before retiring to the farm in Sulphur Bluff, Texas. Her cows brought immense joy to her and each one was named.
She is survived by son, Steve Swinford and wife Sherry of Ruidoso, NM; grandchildren, great grandchildren. and sister, Carol Arnold of Red Oak, TX.
She was preceded in death by husband, Tom Swafford; son, Danny Swinford; sister, Jodell Wiginton; and brother, Dan Parchman of Mount Vernon.
The family will have a private memorial.
