Billy Jack Flowe

Billy Jack Flowe, age 92, of Texarkana, Texas passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2021 in Texarkana.

Visitation will be on Friday, April 9, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Services will be on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home. Interment will be at Glade Springs Cemetery.

Billy was born to Fred Flowe and Annie “Caudle” Flowe on December 3, 1928 in Mount Vernon, Texas.  He served in the U.S. Navy and was a plumber by trade. Billy was a member of the Franklin County Genealogy Society, Providence Cemetery Association and Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 100. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Irene McFerron; 2 brothers, Ray Flowe and Edwin Flowe.

Survivors include his daughters, Elizabeth Flowe of Lohrville, Iowa, Karen Flowe-Harris and wife, Chris of Emory, Texas; son, Michael Flowe of Myrtle Springs, Texas; granddaughters, Laura Friedel and husband Milton, Jr. of Lohrville, Iowa and Sarah Flowe of Texarkana, Texas.  Great grandchildren: Journey, Makayla, Wesley, Michael, Alexis, William, McKenna, Emma and Milton III.
