Brian Douglas Mintz, age 29, of Hagansport, Texas passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at his home.  He was born on November 13, 1990 in Toccoa, Georgia to Billy Joe Steed and Melanie Mintz Bass.  Brian was a diesel mechanic and was employed by Mortenson Construction.

Brian was preceded in death by grandfathers, Bill Bass and Michael Watkins; maternal great grandparents, Charles E. and Mary Jo Cullipher.

Brian is survived by his wife, Amanda Mintz; son, Wyatt Dean Mintz; daughters, Isabella Sophia Mintz, Zoey “Zoe Zoe” Mintz all of Hagansport, TX; father, Billy Joe Steed of NC; mother, Melanie and dad Cullum Andrew Bass of Hagansport, TX; brothers, Robert Easley of Murfreesboro, TN, Dylan Bass of Nashville, TN, Casey Bass of Commerce, TX; sister, Amber Cullipher of Hensley, AR; grandmother, Charlotte Mintz of Mesa, AZ, and Ada Bass of Rowlett, TX, Minerva Wortham of SC.
