Camden Dale Lewis

Camden Dale Lewis was born on September 14, 2021 at 11:20 a.m. to parents Jade Christian Lewis and Amber Nicole Vaughn at Titus Regional Hospital in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. He was 6 lbs and 13 oz and 19 1/2 inches long.  He passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021 in Sulphur Spring, Texas.

Visitation will be on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.  Memorial Service will be on Saturday, November 6, 2021 Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. Tom Ray officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be; Christopher Cabler, Alan Jackson, Dylan Safi, Charlie Brown, Charles Kelly, Nick Hoover, Colton Travillion, and Zach Gibbons.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Roger Vaughn and his great grandmother, Diane Lewis.

Survivors include his parents, Jade Lewis and Amber Vaughn of Mt. Vernon; grandparents, Tommy Allen and Susan Lewis of Anonna, Texas, Holly Vaughn and Wesley Glasco of Bogata, Texas, Chad and Tasha Halvorson of Avery, Texas; great grandparents, Richard and Betty Bohler of Hagansport, Texas and Harold Lewis of Avery, Texas, Pauletta Tucker and Big Mike of Arkansas, Judy White of Clarksville, Texas. Uncle, Sky Vaughn of Bogata, Texas; Uncles and Aunts, Michael and Marissa Sullins of Avery, Texas, Paul and Ashley Mascarenas of Avery, Texas; godparents, Kenny and Anessa Hollaway of Detroit, Texas, and numerous, great aunts, great uncles and cousins.
