Fredrick was born July 28, 1979 to Milton and Naomi Jones Fountain.

Fredrick enjoyed being a successful tattoo artist and he loved writing and recording his own original songs. He loved his children more than anything in the world.

He is survived by his parents, Milton Fountain of Mt. Vernon, TX and Naomi Hargraves of Mt. Vernon, TX; sons, Fredrick A. Fountain, Jr. of Denton, TX, Xavier Fountain of Honey Grove, TX, Quentin Fountain of Roxton, TX; daughters, Naomi Fountain of Avinger, TX, Journie Grace Marie Fountain of Paris, TX; brothers, Trent Fountain Sr. of Purely, TX, Keitron Fountain, Sr. of Mt. Vernon, TX and Denzel Fountain of Mt. Vernon, TX.
