Gregory Wayne Gillett

Gregory Wayne Gillett, age 57, of Talco, Texas passed away on February 6, 2024.

The Funeral Service will be on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home with John Gandy officiating. Pallbearers will be Steve Drain, Michael Stamper, James Stamper, Jr., Ben Hooks, Jose Gomez, Obed Gomez. Honorary pallbearer will be Mitch Morrow. Interment will be at Midway Cemetery.

Greg was born on May 8, 1966, in Ft. Worth, Texas to Robert Ashley and Jane Irene (Willhoite) Gillett. He married Laura Drain on March 20, 1998, in Franklin County, Texas. Greg loved to fish, golf, travel, and he loved his dogs.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Jane Gillett.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Laura Gillett; sisters, Margaret Gillett, and Kimberly Gillett; brother, Brian Gillett; and niece, Dakota Gillett; mother-in-law, Earlene Drain; brother-in-law, Steve Drain; sister-in-law, Tina Lewis Drain; godchildren, Christopher Stamper and Brittney Stamper.
