Howard Richard Stenbak, age 68, of Mt. Vernon, Texas passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2020.
Howard was born July 23, 1952 to Oliver Clarence and Evelyn Dorthea (Webb) Stenbak in Powers Lake, ND.
