Jimmie English

Jimmie English, age 68, of Mount Vernon, Texas passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023, at his home.

There will be a memorial service at the Hagansport Community Center on December 16, 2023, at 12:00 p.m.

Jimmie was born on February 14, 1955, in Bogata, Texas to Willie Presley and Maggie May (Osmon) English. He operated heavy equipment and worked for Franklin County before retiring after 29 years of dedicated service.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Maurice Sellers.

Survivors include his daughter, Penny Sellers; son, Jeremy English. Grandchildren, Marissa Sellers, Johnny Sellers, Maggie English and multiple siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
