Jimmy “J.C. Stone” Deral Canup, age 64, of Ft. Worth, Texas passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 in Ft. Worth, Texas.

Graveside services will be on Monday, December 27, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mt. Vernon City Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, Texas.

J.C. was born on February 18, 1957 to Joseph & Marie Canup in Georgia.  He worked as a car lot attendant.

He was preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter; 2 sisters, Margie and Lynn and his stepfather, Charlie Hinsley.

J.C. is survived by his daughters, Sheena Canup, Cassie Canup; son, Christian Rain Canup; sister, Anna Ream; brother-in-law, Fred Ream and his boss and friend, Joseph Lashley.
