Kennith Eugene Patrick

Kennith Eugene Patrick, age 86, of Saltillo, Texas, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at his home.

Kennith was born to Leonard and Lexie (Adair) Patrick on October 31, 1937, in Saltillo. He married Gwen Maddux on September 19, 1959, in Franklin County, Texas. Kennith served on the Old Saltillo Cemetery Board for many years and was a member of the Greenwood Baptist Church. He was a retired dairy farmer who continued to manage his cattle and farm daily.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Lexie Patrick; and brother, Ed Patrick.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Gwen Patrick; son, Rex and Donna Patrick; daughter, Karen and Trey Kendrick; grandchildren, Tabitha Cruz, Patrick Kendrick, Skylar and Courtney Patrick, and Emma Kendrick; great grandchildren, Karson, Kennedy, and Rowan.

Visitation will be on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home, from 1:00-2:00 pm. The funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. with Raif Turner officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Patrick Kendrick, Skylar Patrick, Trey Kendrick, Cameron Knox, Karson Cruz, and Cliff Neal. Interment will be at the Old Saltillo Cemetery.
