Lisa Marie (Stokes) Cole

Lisa Marie Cole, 67, of Mount Pleasant, Texas, passed away on January 26th, 2025, surrounded by her family, Brig, Gabrielle, and LB. 

Lisa was born on November 1,1957, in Syracuse, New York to Tony and Kenneth Stokes. She graduated from Albion College with a finance and psychology degree. She married Brig in 1983, and was blessed with two children, Gabrielle and LB. 

Lisa will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and friend to all. She enjoyed her time at the lake, long walks with Charlie, playing pickleball with friends, and volunteering for Titus County Cares. 

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Brig; daughter, Gabrielle; son, LB; brothers, Ken, Gary, and sister Maryann. 

A service will be held on Saturday, February 1,2025, at 11:00 am at Grace Lutheran Church, followed by a celebration of life. In lieu of flowers, Lisa would have desired contributions to Titus County Cares. https://www.tituscountycares.org/. Please mention that it is for food for the Food Pantry, which was Lisa's passion.
