May Nell Cline Dixon

May Nell McFarlin Cline Dixon, age 77, of Saltillo, Texas passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022 in Tyler, Texas.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Saltillo Church of Christ.  Chris McElyea will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Cody Cline, Adam Cline, Ed Davis, Coy Cline, Philip Smith, and Nelson Torres.

May was born on July 30, 1944 in Hopkins County, Texas to Amy Albert and Lela May (Couch) McFarlin.  She was a nurse and loved serving others. May was a member of the Saltillo Church of Christ church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Amy and Lela McFarlin; husbands, James Cline and Jerry Dixon; brother, Joe McFarlin and grandson, Jessie Wade Cline.

May is survived by daughter, Mary (Tim) Heddens; sons, Jesse Cline, Albert (Tressie) Cline, Johnny (Beatriz) Cline, and Danny (Terri) Cline; daughters, Misty (Mike) Blair, JoAnne Cline and son, Michael Cline. They were involved in foster care and raised 10 foster children in addition to their own children. She had 18 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; brothers, Leroy McFarlin, Ralph McFarlin, sister, Ann Durham, brothers, Gary Don and  James McFarlin.
