Ramona Moreno Gideon

Ramona Moreno Gideon, age 69, of Scroggins, Texas passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022 in Tyler, Texas.

Family will receive friends on Monday, September 19, 2022 from 5-8:00 p.m. at Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home and the funeral service will be on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home Chapel with Filemon Posadas officiating.  Pallbearers will be Paco Constante, Sergio Moreno, Tino Moreno, Oscar Moreno, Miguel Moreno, Jose Moreno, Victor Moreno, Victor Moreno, Jr., Martin Cano, Jr., Maunlio Moreno and Flavio Moreno..  Interment will be at Liberty Cemetery.

Ramona was born on September 10, 1953 in Villa De Arriaga San Luis Potosi to Aurelio Moreno and Paula Lara. She was married to Clyde Gideon. Ramona worked as a teacher’s aide at the Mount Vernon Independent School District.  She loved her daughter and grandchildren dearly.  Ramona loved her dog, Nena, who was always her faithful companion. Ramona’s mother and  her sisters were her best friends. They enjoyed being divas together. She loved with her entire heart and she loved hard.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Gideon and her father, Aurelio Moreno.

Those left to cherish her memory and carry out her legacy will be her daughter, Stephanie Constante and husband, Paco of Tyler, Texas; grandchildren, Kamila Constante and Xander Constante both of Tyler, Texas. Mother, Paula Moreno of Mount Vernon, Texas; brothers, Sergio and Alma Moreno of Mount Vernon, Texas, Tino and Flor Moreno of Mt. Pleasant, Texas and Victor Manuel and Martha Moreno of San Luis Potosi sisters, Laura and Martin Cano of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Evangelina Moreno of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Rosa Moreno of San Luis Potosi, and Martha and Luciano Moreno also of San Luis Potosi. Many nieces, nephews and extended family.
