Richard Leath Howell

Richard “Dick” L. Howell of Mt. Vernon, Texas passed away Friday, May 20, 2022 in Winnsboro, Texas at the age of 83.

Dick was born June 15, 1938 to Swan and Umie (White) Howell in Grand Saline, Texas.  He married Kay Johnson , November 26,1965 in Dallas, Texas.

He was employed by Eastman Kodak as a Service Supervisor. He graduated from the University of Houston with a MBA in 1987.

Dick was a 60 year member of the Masonic Lodge and a current member of the Mt. Vernon Masonic Lodge # 691.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Kay Howell.

Dick was preceded by his parents and two brothers, Kenneth Howell and Keith Howell.

No formal visitation or funeral services planned.
