Ronnie Gordon Kahler, age 73, of Mount Vernon, Texas, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023, in Tyler, Texas.
Ronnie was born on May 7, 1950, in Pleasant Grove, Texas, to Gordon Vince and Beatrice Joye (Evans) Kahler. He was married to Sheila Pruett.
Ronnie served in the United States Army in Vietnam. He was a roofer by trade and was a member of the American Legion of Mount Vernon.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sheila Kahler; parents, Gordon Vince and Beatrice Joye Kahler; brother, Edwin Wayne Kahler and nephew-in-law, Jon Black.
Survivors include his nephew, Michael Kahler and wife, Kristan of Ore City, TX; niece, Stephanie Black of Mount Vernon, TX; nephew, Mark Kahler and wife, Jennifer of Baytown, TX; niece, Tyffine Price and husband, Chris of Emory, TX; sister-in-law, Janice Pedersoli and husband, Frank of Winnsboro, TX; great nieces and great nephews, Brooke Kahler, Chloe Kahler, Caleb Kahler and Blayne Price.
