Terry Lee Parker

Terry Lee Parker, age 69, of Mt. Vernon, Texas passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.

There will be a memorial service on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 3:00 at Grace Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon with Pastor Tom Campbell Officiating.

Terry was born on May 26, 1951 to Wilburn and Martha “Roberts” Parker in Texarkana, Texas. Terry married Kathy Emmons on December 27, 1986.  He worked as a truck driver for Pilgrims in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.  He was a Baptist by faith. Terry loved to hunt and fish.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wilburn Parker; mother, Martha Bentz; sisters, Deborah Parker and Susan Parker and brother, Danny Floyd. 

Terry is survived by his wife of 34 years, Kathy Parker of Mt. Vernon, Texas; sons, Chris Parker and wife, Robyn of Texarkana, Arkansas and Tony Parker of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; 2 grandsons, Rhys Parker and Konnor Parker.  Many friends and other family members.
