Tim was born August 10, 1959 in Bethesda, Maryland to Othal and Betty (Hooten) Bolton.

Tim was a mechanic and operated Tim’s Auto in Mount Vernon in the 90’s.

Tim is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Billy and a sister, Sissy.
