William Daniel Cruise

William Daniel Cruise, age 63 of Mount Vernon, Texas, passed away in Plano, Texas, on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.

Daniel was born March 5, 1961, to Douglas Darrill and Shirley Ann "Head" Cruise in Dallas, Texas.

Daniel is survived by his two sons, Glen and Cynthia Cruise and Davey Cruise; sisters, Melba Ann and Jessie Vasquez and Elanie Mistrot; nieces and nephews, Greg Vasquez, Camile Vasquez, Summer Vasquez, Nicole Cruise, Trey Cruise, Cynthia Cruise, Jason and Megan  Mistrot and Melanie Mistrot; great niece and nephew; Rowan and Eric Mistrot; numerous cousins and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Douglas and Shirley Cruise; and his brother, Douglas Darrill Cruise, Jr.

In his youth, he loved fishing and hunting, watching sports - especially the Dallas Cowboys. He worked in Dallas as an offset printer.

A Memorial Service will be held at Lake Chapel House Prayer on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Gerald Hood officiating.
