William "Hoss" Carl Holloway

William “Hoss” Carl Holloway, age 40, of Pittsburg, Texas passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023.

Hoss was born on September 29, 1982 to Jerry Holloway and Barbara Whelchel in Mount Vernon, Texas. He worked in construction and enjoyed doing odd jobs. His hobby was doing mechanic work.

He was preceded in death by mother, Barbara Whelchel Foster; grandparents, Grady Whelchel, Kitty Bell Whelchel, Helen Kimball and Carl Holloway; great aunt, Mary Johnson.

Survivors include his children, Emma Holloway, Myra Holloway; father, Jerry Holloway; brothers, Billy Holloway and Cassie Knighton, Johnny Carr and wife Esther, Tony Carr and wife Kami, Ricky Holloway; sisters, Maleah Greenlea, Jana Carr Roberts and husband David, Latisha Crow and husband Larry, Tammy Winters. Many nieces and nephews.
